PCI

The object of this project was to build a new website for PCI that enabled users to find products via parametric search and submit RFQs online. I also needed to reimagine the color palette and typography to better suit the existing branding, which was pretty much just their logo.

The major task was to translate a disorganized and incomplete spreadsheet of products into a structured database that could be managed within Directus, which in turn would be consumed on the front end and presented as a pleasant user experience.

As with ICS, I did not make use of any component library, as I find them to be more of a headache than they're worth. I would love not to have to reinvent the wheel when it comes to component logic, but every library I have tried leaves me tearing my hair out when I try to customize the look and feel.
